For Wisconsin Parental Choice Participants, please fill out the WPCP application, as well as the school's enrollment form.

If you do not wish to fill out the enrollment form online, you may download and complete it, and return it to our office at 3210 Maple Drive, Plover.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program
CWLHS is participating in the WPCP program through a partnership with Living Word Lutheran High School. This means that eligible families will receive full tuition scholarships to attend Central WI Lutheran High School! *Note: When filling out the WPCP application, select Living Word Lutheran High School in Jackson, WI.
For those already in the WPCP program, you must continue to reapply each year, but will not be required to provide certain information.
For those who are not already participating, please apply at the link below before applying for financial aid from the school!
Open enrollment periods are April 1-20, May 1-20, June 1-20, and July 1-20. Apply early, as seats will fill up!
Tuition and Fees for 2026/27 School Year
Tuition: ($150 deposit required at time of registration; waived for WPCP participants)
- Member - $7,000
- Non-Member - $7,500
*Financial aid is available; if you do not qualify for WPCP, you are invited to fill out the financial aid application and return it with your registration!
Fees:
- Technology - $75 (Waived for WPCP participants)
- Athletic/Extra-curricular Fee: TBD
- Transportation - (if utilizing school-provided transportation) $300 per semester
